JJ provides education leadership within the End of Life Care team through strategic planning, assisting with project development, implementation and evaluation, supporting the collection and review of outcome data, and engagement with stakeholders. She is responsible for curriculum development, teaching and facilitation.
She holds a Master of Social Work degree and is currently working towards her Doctorate in Health and Social Care. Her research is on how community care professionals view difficult conversations in practice.
JJ has over 15 years of experience working in palliative and end of life care and is experienced within both health and social care. Her experience ranges from direct patient/service user care, management, education, programme evaluation and research. Her expertise is in strategic planning, curriculum development, teaching and facilitating, as well as programme development, management and evaluation.
