Zenobia’s diverse portfolio comprises leadership in multiple national transformational programmes.
She brings expertise in diverse models of Integrated Complex Care and was responsible for aligning the health and social needs of a population with complex comorbidities across three London Boroughs (2015-18).

She is an experienced educator and directly supported NHSE in their recent ‘Time for Care’ (2017) initiative.
As a mentor and trainer, she led a cohort of senior GPs, commissioners, executive managers, pharmacist, and nurse alongside other disciplines in her Quality Improvement Champions Programme (2018-9).
Zenobia has completed a Darzi Fellowship in Quality Improvement and Clinical Leadership and was presented with an ‘Exceptional Women of Excellence’ award for her contributions to healthcare at an international Women’s Economic Forum (Amsterdam, 2019).
