Anna Gorringe is the End of Life Care Lead at UCLPartners and works clinically as a Palliative Medicine Consultant at Whittington Health.
Anna’s interests include clinical service development and multiprofessional education in End of Life Care and communication skills. Together with the End of Life Care team at UCLPartners, she has designed and delivered end of life care educational initiatives across acute, community and primary care settings.
Anna holds a Masters with Distinction in Medical Law and Ethics from King’s College London, where her research dissertation focussed on the Doctrine of Double Effect and the law of murder.
Anna is a trained mediator and is particularly interested in the effects of a rapidly changing medicolegal landscape on relationships between healthcare professionals, patients and those important to them. She greatly enjoys both undergraduate and postgraduate education and is a Clinical and Professional Practice Tutor at UCL Medical School.
