Alex Lloyd

Deputy Head of Mental Health and Behaviour Change

Having qualified as a pharmacist in 2003 with an MPharm from University of Bradford, Alex has spent 11 years working across community pharmacy before focusing first on commissioned service development and then private healthcare services. He has extensive experience of collaboration and system working within primary care developing patient centred healthcare services.

Alex has worked on projects in the mental health sector, implementing new dispensing and medicine supply systems in mental health trusts, inspiring him to spend a year working as a mental health pharmacist in private hospitals including Priory and Roehampton Groups.

Alex is passionate about creating new and innovative healthcare pathways enabling people to access professional and clinical healthcare services, with choice and information readily available to inform their healthcare decisions and journeys.
