We are looking for a proactive individual to oversee the day-to-day running of our office, coordinating multiple activities across the organisation.
You will thrive on the variety in the role and will draw on your previous administrative experience to successfully manage a range of tasks, from supervising IT and facilities to managing supplier relationships and preparing agendas, timelines and papers for key business meetings.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, will work well as part of a team, and will relish the opportunity to lead and drive forward change to support the success of our organisation.
This is a permanent, full-time role based at our office in central London. The salary for this post is £30,000 – £40,000 depending on skills and experience. As part of our benefits package you’ll be entitled to 27 days of annual leave (plus bank holidays), company pension (employer contribution 10% of annual salary) and life assurance coverage.
