We are looking for a registered nurse with a specialist neonatal qualification to provide expert advice and guidance on all education matters across a range of neonatal stakeholders within our Neonatal Operational Delivery Network.

The post holder will actively co-ordinate, promote and contribute to inter-professional learning activities across the Network and be an effective role model for best practice.

The post holder will work alongside Trust based practice educator colleagues in order to ensure equity of learning opportunities and develop programmes of education and training in order to ensure a unified approach and delivery for neonatal education.

Key responsibilities of the role include:

  • Providing expert advice and guidance on all education matters across a range of neonatal stakeholders
  • Identify and deliver strategies to ensure the provision of education and development programmes meet the needs of the neonatal service throughout the Network
  • Acting as a resource, providing responsive and effective support for pre and post specialist nurses, linking in with Trust unit-based educators across London
