We are looking for an experienced Project Coordinator looking to develop their skills and experiences working towards becoming a Project Manager.

Initially this role will shadow and support current Project Managers at UCLPartners. It will include supporting on end to end Project life-cycles, the design and initiation of project plans – making sure identified risks are escalated as appropriate. They should be driven by improving health and social care through the adoption and development of innovation. They will also have an ability to broker and build relationships that bridge the gap between different sectors, agencies and professional groups. UCLPartners will support the successful candidate in training and development needed to be successful in this role.

Duties of the role include:

  • Supporting the design and initiation of project plans with key stakeholders, including the identification of risks and mitigation plans
  • Monitoring and track milestones and deliverables
  • Supporting project managers with the creation of project plan documents and gantt charts, track progress, log risks and issues and escalate delays, risks and issues appropriately to the project managers
